Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority
to accept the booking conditions. You must be at least 21 years
old to make a booking.
MM Property Rentals is the sole agent for the services provided
by this web page, and your acceptance of these booking terms
and conditions will be considered in the event of any claim
made by you against this said company

Rentals
Payment and deposit
When making a booking the Company requires
a deposit to guarantee the property required.
Payment of deposits
For reservations made with more than
60 days of arriving, a deposit of 25% is required.
Between one month and 59 days of arriving - the company requests
a 40 % deposit.
For last minute bookings under 30 days the company requests
the full holiday payment.
Final holiday payments have to be concluded
40 days prior to arrival. Please check your confirmation letter
and holiday documents. You must contact us straight away if
any information appears to be incorrect.
Payments can be made via: Cheque ,Credit
Card or Bank Transfer
The price includes:
All costs regarding, water, electricity,
gas and villa pool care.
The property will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your
arrival, including all the necessary bed making, 1 bath and
1 hand towel per person and three tea towels.
Change of bed linen once a week.
Change of towels twice weekly.
Welcome food pack
Repair and maintenance service.
Reception service, 7 days a week
24 Hour emergency assistance.
The price does not include.
Holiday insurance (A requirement for all travelling members)
Flight tickets
Supplementary costs for extra beds, cots and high chairs.
Return transfers except where stated.
(Prestige guests to Villa Maitreya and Villas Finesse receive
a return transfer included)
Any costs relating to wilful and negligent behaviour in the
accommodation, resulting in breakages and damage.
Vehicle
hire booked with MM Property Rentals. - Villacars S.L.
Price
includes:
Local VAT (IVA)
Fully comprehensive insurance.
Cover for 3 drivers over the age of 23.
Unlimited mileage.
Delivery and drop off at your requested point of entry.
Price
does not include:
Roof
racks, Baby seats or booster chairs
Full tank of petrol.
(Petrol is paid for prior to obtaining the keys to the vehicle.
Cars are to left empty upon return)
Property
check in and check out
You
understand and accept that the official "check in"
time is 14.00hrs.
However, to reduce unnecessary waiting time, the company will
endeavour to have your property prepared for or around your
arrival time; but this depends on the outgoing guests and the
maintenance and cleaning staff's schedule. Our resort receptionists
will advise.
You
understand and accept that the official "check out"
time is 10.00hrs.
However, where possible the company will endeavour to allow
a later check out, but this depends on the incoming arrival
guest and the requirements of the maintenance and cleaning staff.
Our resort receptionists will advise one day prior to your holiday
end.
Special
requests
If
you have a special request that does not form part of the arrangements
described on this web site or in our brochure, please inform
us in writing. We will where humanly possible endeavour to assist
and prepare your request. Special requests regarding accommodation
cannot be guaranteed although every effort will be made to accommodate
your wishes.
Disabled
travellers
MM
Property Rentals is not a specialist provider of holidays for
the disabled, although some of our properties are prepared for
disabled guests and wheelchairs. It is very important that you
advise us regarding any special needs when enquiring about a
holiday. By informing us, you are helping us to ensure that
you are provided with the most suitable property for your needs.
Changing your booking
We
are responsible for providing the holiday we have confirmed
to you. If you alter your booking later on i.e. add or cancel
members, add new dates and details, or even change your property
type the reservations department needs to be informed immediately
by writing, a solution will be discussed and you may have to
pay an amendment charge.
Cancelling
your booking
If
you cancel your holiday or any component, the party leader must
write, fax or e-mail our us. Cancellation takes affect on the
date we receive your letter. Our cancellation charges are staggered,
the closer the cancellation is to the departure date the higher
the cost, as it is harder to resell the property and component.
The
following cancellation charges apply:
More than 90 days prior to departure - loss of 10% of final
holiday cost.
90 - 61 days prior to departure - loss of 25% of final holiday
cost.
60 - 31 days prior to departure - loss of 40% of final holiday
cost
0 - 30 days prior to departure - The total holiday cost, representing
100%.
If you have a complaint
If you have a cause
for complaint whilst on holiday this must be brought to the
attention of our MM Property Rentals reception staff immediately.
Action will be taken at the time to rectify the problem or to
find a satisfactory solution.
MM Property Rentals. will always endeavour to find a solution
to your complaint, but if the actions are unsatisfactory to
your demands, the reception has official complaint forms at
your disposal.
Any complaints that have not been reported and logged with the
reception at the time or any complaints not reported at the
time with the reception that are received after your contracted
holiday with us - may prove difficult to investigate and rectify.
